1. Acceptance and operator
These terms apply when a person uses the Race Ready Depot website, requests parts support, asks for a quotation or places an order. Race Ready Depot operates from Douala, Cameroon.
Using the website confirms acceptance of these terms. If a separate written quotation or order confirmation conflicts with these website terms, the written transaction document controls for that transaction.
2. Permitted website use
The website may be used to browse products, save a vehicle, create a quote basket and contact Race Ready Depot for legitimate parts enquiries.
- Do not interfere with the website, introduce harmful code, scrape it excessively or attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not submit false contact, vehicle, payment or delivery information.
- Product content may not be republished commercially without permission from the relevant rights holder.
3. Quotations and order acceptance
A website listing or quote-basket total is not a binding offer. An order exists only after Race Ready Depot issues a final quotation or order confirmation, the customer accepts it, and any required payment is received or otherwise agreed.
Race Ready Depot may correct errors, withdraw unavailable items, request additional fitment information or decline an order before acceptance.
4. Prices, currency and payment
Supplier catalogue prices are displayed in US dollars unless stated otherwise. They may exclude international freight, insurance, customs duties, taxes, exchange-rate changes, handling and delivery within Cameroon.
The final payable amount, accepted payment method, payment schedule and validity period will appear on the Race Ready Depot quotation. Customers should pay only through payment details confirmed directly by Race Ready Depot.
5. Availability and fitment
Availability and ship dates shown on product pages are third-party supplier information and are not confirmation of Race Ready Depot stock or a customer delivery date.
Customers remain responsible for providing accurate vehicle, VIN, engine and existing-part information. Race Ready Depot will provide reasonable fitment support, but compatibility is confirmed only when expressly stated in the final quotation or order confirmation.
6. Delivery, inspection and delays
Delivery or collection arrangements are governed by the Shipping and Delivery Policy and the final quotation. Dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
The customer should inspect the package promptly and report visible damage, missing items or an incorrect part as soon as possible, together with photos and the order reference.
7. Returns and warranties
Returns, refunds and warranty claims are governed by the Returns and Refunds Policy, Warranty Policy, any manufacturer terms and mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Special-order, installed, contaminated or electronically coded parts may have restricted return eligibility, as explained before acceptance where applicable.
8. Responsibility and limitation
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, Race Ready Depot is not responsible for indirect loss, loss caused by inaccurate customer information, unauthorized installation, misuse, racing use not approved by the manufacturer, or events outside reasonable control.
Automotive parts should be installed and tested by a competent technician. Safety-critical systems must not be used where damage, abnormal operation or uncertain fitment is present.
9. Governing law, disputes and changes
These terms are governed by applicable laws of Cameroon, subject to any mandatory protections. The parties should first attempt to resolve a dispute through direct written communication before using the competent courts or another lawful resolution process.
Race Ready Depot may update these terms prospectively. The terms accepted for an existing confirmed order will continue to apply to that order unless a lawful written variation is agreed.
