1. Service area and methods
Race Ready Depot coordinates parts sourcing and delivery from Antioch, Tennessee. Available methods may include depot collection, local delivery in the Nashville metropolitan area, domestic shipping elsewhere in the United States, or another method agreed in the quotation.
The available method depends on product size, weight, value, supplier location and the customer’s destination.
2. Supplier dates are not delivery dates
Product pages may display USA or international ship dates from a third-party supplier. Those dates indicate expected supplier dispatch only. They do not include processing, consolidation, international transport, customs clearance or final delivery to the customer.
3. Delivery estimates
Race Ready Depot will provide an estimated dispatch or delivery window in the final quotation when practical. Estimates begin after order acceptance, cleared payment and receipt of all required fitment and delivery information.
Unless expressly guaranteed in writing, dates are estimates and may change because of supplier delays, customs, carrier schedules, weather, public restrictions or other events outside reasonable control.
4. Freight, duties and other charges
Supplier catalogue prices may exclude international freight, insurance, customs duties, taxes, handling and local delivery. The final quotation will identify included charges and any amount that must be confirmed later.
A quotation may be revised before acceptance if a carrier, supplier, customs classification, exchange rate or destination detail changes materially.
5. Customer responsibilities
The customer should provide a complete delivery location, working telephone number and any access instructions, and should arrange for an authorized person to receive the package.
- Additional delivery attempts or storage caused by incorrect or incomplete information may be charged where permitted.
- Customers should not accept a visibly damaged package without noting the condition with the carrier where possible.
6. Inspection and delivery problems
Inspect the package and part promptly. Report visible damage, missing items or an incorrect product as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours, with the order number, packaging photos and product photos. This operational request does not reduce any mandatory legal rights.
7. Collection and unclaimed orders
Collection orders will be held for the period stated in the quotation or collection notice. Race Ready Depot will attempt reasonable contact before applying any lawful storage, redelivery or cancellation arrangement to an unclaimed order.
