1. Scope and current website status
This policy applies to the Race Ready Depot website, quote basket, parts enquiries and related customer support activities. Race Ready Depot operates from Douala, Cameroon.
The current localhost version is a development preview. Its contact form does not yet transmit information to Race Ready Depot. Vehicle details and quote-basket selections are stored only in the browser on the device being used.
2. Information we may collect
When the website and support channels are connected, the information handled may include:
- Name, telephone or WhatsApp number, email address and delivery location.
- Vehicle make, model, year, VIN or chassis number, engine information and part numbers.
- Enquiry messages, quote selections, order and payment records, delivery instructions and support history.
- Photos or documents voluntarily supplied to identify a vehicle or part. Customers should hide unrelated personal information before sharing documents.
- Basic technical records needed for security and reliable website operation, such as browser, device, IP address and request logs, if hosting services collect them.
3. How information is used
Race Ready Depot may use information to provide requested services and operate the business, including to:
- Identify compatible products and prepare quotations.
- Confirm supplier availability, payment, import, delivery and collection arrangements.
- Respond to enquiries, returns, warranty requests and customer-service issues.

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Customers should not send card PINs, passwords or unnecessary identity documents through a parts enquiry.
6. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, a person may ask whether Race Ready Depot holds their personal information and request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection. Identity may need to be verified before a request is completed.
Browser-stored vehicle and quote information can be removed by clearing the selected vehicle, clearing the quote basket or deleting site data in the browser settings.
