This is Race Ready Depot's operational website policy draft. Official company registration, street address, telephone and email details must be inserted and the wording reviewed by a qualified Tennessee legal professional before public launch.
1. Third-party catalogue data
The Race Ready Depot catalogue includes product information imported from third-party supplier listings. Product names, descriptions, ratings, prices, availability, images and ship dates may change without notice and may contain supplier errors or omissions.
Race Ready Depot reviews information when preparing a quotation but does not represent that every supplier field is current at the moment a visitor views the website.
2. Price and stock status
Displayed prices are supplier catalogue prices in US dollars unless stated otherwise. They are not final Race Ready Depot prices and may exclude currency conversion, freight, insurance, customs duties, taxes, handling and delivery.
A supplier label such as “in stock” refers to the supplier location shown in the source data. It does not mean the product is physically stocked by Race Ready Depot in Antioch. Final price and availability are confirmed only in a current quotation.
3. Vehicle compatibility
Compatibility notes are discovery aids, not a guarantee. Similar vehicles may use different parts because of production date, VIN, engine, transmission, market specification, trim or previous modification.
Customers should provide the VIN or chassis number, full vehicle details and any existing part number. Do not install a part that differs materially from the removed part or manufacturer specification without competent verification.
4. Images and specifications
Images may show a representative product, optional components, alternate finish or previous packaging. Colour and scale can vary by screen. The manufacturer part number and final written quotation should be used to identify the ordered item.
Manufacturers may revise design, packaging or specifications while retaining a part number where lawful. Race Ready Depot may supply a confirmed superseding number after consulting the customer.
5. Ratings and reviews
Ratings and review counts originate from the supplier catalogue and are displayed for general reference. They are not verified Race Ready Depot customer reviews and do not guarantee performance in a particular vehicle.
6. Trademarks and affiliation
Manufacturer names, product names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for product identification. Their appearance does not imply that Race Ready Depot is an authorized dealer, sponsor or affiliate unless expressly stated in writing.
7. Technical and safety information
Website content is general product information and is not a substitute for manufacturer instructions, professional diagnosis or competent installation. Safety-critical, fuel, braking, steering, electrical and high-performance components require appropriate expertise and testing.
